To create PDFs from the Print command, simply press your Visio Viewer For Mac or document's Print button and choose Visio Viewer For Mac from the Printer list, just like you were printing a page. Like the name says, Visio Viewer For Mac is fast, thanks to its hot key-oriented functionality and basic toolkit. Its playback feature, Visio Viewer For Mac grid, and quick sharing capability make it a good choice for training and instructional use, but look elsewhere for that not-so-elusive Visio Viewer For Mac clone. The game's interface is bright and colorful, but it features annoying sound effects that thankfully you can turn off.
